Sit in an easy position or lie down if possible. Go through your whole body starting from your forehead. Check all the tension spots and areas with pain or discomfort. As you become more aware of unpleasant feelings or sensations in your body, gently relax the muscles surrounding those areas and the tension or pain will slowly fade away. Go over every part of your body without exception. Even inside of your body. Do it very slowly and patiently, down to your fingers and toes, front and back. Do it once and then over again.
