Bodhi is a sanskrit word meaning enlightened  and ’awake’.

It is only when we go to the center of our souls that we enter the ’eye of the storm’, the still-point of our existence. In the rush to get an education, to make a career, create a family, obtain material success, to hurry, to do, to survive, we often don’t realize that in the midst of this modern-chaotic life that we lead every day, there exists another life, an unseen life that moves like a silent river beneath a city. A place where time stands still and we experience a softly euphoric sense of Awakening. The feeling of breathing and falling in love in harmony with the universe. Awake as One, not “other.” Ordinary, unfolding and un-Known. Recognized as Happiness, Love; our true Nature, HOME.

The Art of HEART

Whenever there is an "other" fear arises. The ego-self conforms to the experience of lack, scarcity and loss. The Ego self is nothing more then an experience of desires seeking to be fulfilled in competition and division with “other” Ego's expressing attachment & separation in an endless dance of duality identified with, mind-based “points of view.” The union of Shiva (masculine body-consciousness matter) with Shakti (feminine life-force energy) results in dissolution of the human Ego. As Above, So Below, (69), As Within, So Without. Heaven & Hell, Earth & Sky, Nirvana & Samsara, Pleasure & Pain, Good & Evil, Birth & Death, Positive & Negative, Creator & Destroyer, Masculine & Feminine AWAKE AS ONE, with no dilemma. Ordinary, be as it may, not different, no “other.” The sense of 'I'-ness, “I am the body" and "I" am this, that and the "other" dissolves into the Heart. The native radiant state of Being which is the real Self, our true Nature. The Awakened HEART enlightens and dissolves the Body-mind. The Heart is the Key to the Enlightenment of the Whole Body.
